I guess this is the F/U to the F/U, here is the email I received yesterday:
Hi Ashlee, Your wedding film will be finalized on Friday, June 10, 2011. I would suspect you will receive it the first part of that following week. I will be sending it to you USPS Certified Mail which will require your signature. Please, let me know if you'll be around that week to sign for it. I want to make sure it gets in your hands. I know this has been a long haul for both of you and your family in receiving your film in a timely manor. It hasn't been my intent to maliciously withhold your product. Though I won't make excuses this is certainly not something that typically happens. So, let me be the first to apologize for any inconvenience it has caused you. I also want to thank you for your positive attitude you have show toward me through out this. It is most appreciated. I will contact you next Friday to confirm. Thanks, Nick This is my response: Nick, Thank you so much for your response. I know that you were not maliciously holding onto the film, I completely understand that you were busy, please don't think I would ever think you were doing that. That sounds great, I will be home on the 13th and 14th as those are my days off so I should be home to sign for the package. We can also go a different route and send it to my work where there is no doubt that it will be signed for. Please tell me which you would prefer to do. I looked for my contract today to see what it stated as far as what's included in the amount I paid and I can't seem to find it. Are we getting just one video? I read through so many contracts/packages at that time my mind can't separate what was what. Or, if you could provide me with a copy I would appreciate it. Please don't think I am requesting this because I think that you are "shorting" me in anyway, I feel that I got to know you well enough through this process that I know you would not do that, I just want to cover my basis. I look forward to your phone call next Friday! Thank you! Keep your fingers crossed for me!
