Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Is singing at the top of their lungs. It horrible! Even the crows cannot stand it!

  • How long did she go on for?  We once had a neighbor who was a (not very good) opera singer.  
  • I guess you can only be thankful that she's not trying to learn the violin?

    That's not a good thing, though, in all seriousness. Why is she so loud? It's not like you live in the city/suburbia where everyone is right up against each other...

  • haha...this reminds me of the family that lived behind DH back in the day...the wife was in a bagpipe marching band...she used to march around her backyard and practice like four times a week...I thought it was quite funny, but I didn't have to live with it constantly

  • It was a he. I am not sure why he was singing- but it was at least three houses down which is about 1/4 of a mile from us.

    Exactly what I was thinking! Crazy that he was three houses down and you could still hear him- I guess he's got good projection from his diaphragm. Did it stop at a reasonable hour???
