Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. Breakfast: spinach/ham/cheddar quiche, water
Coffee
Snack #1: donut
Snack #2: slice of banana bread
Lunch: Leftovers of my wrap (grilled buffal chicken, lettuce, tomato, cucumber) and handful of fries
Snack: 1 cup green grapes; 6oz green tea
Dinner: 1 cup cheesy potatoes, 6 oz salmon
Exercise: 4.2 mi in 99F!

lunch - soup + salad
snack - twizzler
dinner - vegetarian "hamburger helper" 2 scoops peanut butter ripple ice cream yummm
snack - wasabi peas
water, water, water
no exercise, but I'm feeling a lot better today so hopefully I'll be up to running again tomorrow.

Breakfast: A sausage and cheese english muffin
Snack: 100 calorie pack
Lunch: "Fit and Active" Chicken Florentine Alfredo meal
Dinner: Homemade french fries and a pulled BBQ chicken sandwich on toast
Snack: A bowl of fruity pebbles and skim milk
Drinks: Water and Diet Pepsi as usual
Breakfast: 4 mini muffins and a mini streudel. Coffee with Almond Joy creamer
Lunch: Chobani Yogurt and bbq lays
Dinner: 2 tuna sandwiches on hamburger rolls. 4 Strawberries and a pickle.
Lots of water all day!
Not a great day for me..
Breakfast: bowl of trix with 1%milk
Snack: vanilla bean frapp from starbucks (yummmmmmmmmmm)
Snack: Sliced apple
Lunch-chicken sandwich w fries
Dinner-Tacos with cheesy chips
Exercise-Walked 3.7 miles and tried drinking a lot of water. had some soda (pepsi) during the day too
Yesterday was not a good day for me.
breakfast- bowl of honey bunches of oats with 1% milk.
snack- a peach
lunch- dollar burger from Mcdonald's, small bag of Cheetos.
no snack
dinner- sonic had the classic burger with mustard and mayo, tots and a strawberry limeade.
snack- and ice cream bar.
lots of water during the day....had no caffeine yesterday which explains this headache i have today...
Keep in mind I was in Disneyland/the airport until 4:30...
DH & I shared a corndog & bag of chips
Then each had an ice cream sundae (mine with 2 cookies).
Shared a large McDonalds fries & Orange HiC
Whopper w/ cheese & fries for dinner.
This is not an everyday thing...but I don't exactly regret it lol.

Lunch: teriyaki beef with veges and a side salad with balsamic vinaigrette
Snack: Cherry Pepsi
Dinner: Chicken kabobs, grill potatoes and fresh frozen sweet corn
No Dessert.
