Re: kiddie pools
We are thinking the same thing!
I was researching them earlier.
I think this one looks fun:

I am thinking about getting the Intex Square Family Swimming Pool. It has 4/5 stars on Amazon (only 25 reviews) and is on sale at Target. I also want one of kiddie pools that is just for the baby so she has a cool place to play. They had one at Reny's for $10 a few weeks ago.
None of ours have lasted more than a season so don't spend too much money on it.
For the little ones, I like the pools that have a built in shade. It was great when Helen was 1 and I could set her down in the pool and she'd sit there and splash.
We had that one last summer. We had a lot of fun with it, and given Abe's age, I'd say it's a great choice! It did spring a leak pretty easily, but since the whole premise of the thing is to have water shoot out of little holes, all that did was add another spray of water.
I'm glad to hear you like this! I was looking at one like that so that I can cool off too.
