Totally amazing. Super easy! The recipe makes a huge amount, and it lives well in the fridge. Very outdoor picnic friendly, as it has no mayo or other dairy in it. And SOOOOO TASTY!! I wish I had brought more for lunch than I did.

That looks almost identical to how I make my corn salad except I use fresh corn, I think the edamame would be a great addition to it, never thought of it.
