Do you mean like new songs that have been released that signal "summer" to me? Or in general songs that when I hear I know summer is here? I'm going to answer for the latter because no songs this year scream summer to me ha.
Summertime Blues, Chattahoochie, 5 OClock Somewhere (apparently Alan Jackson = summer to me)
whenever I hear Blu Cantrell's "Hit 'Em Up Style" I think of summer for some reason ha.

AH! This is me, too! So bizarre. Was it released originally in the summertime? Is that where (our apparently shared) weird relation to summer comes from?
To answer the question, basically any Jimmy Buffett, Beach Boys, Kenny Chesney, or Zac Brown Band, plus the usual summer suspects - Will Smith's "Summertime," LFO's "Summer Girls" (anyone else remember this one? TOTALLY cheesetastic and horrible, but definitely summer), Alice Cooper's "School's Out" (my school plays this over the PA system on the last day of school after the kids leave
), Justin Timberlake's "Summer Love," Don Henley's "The Boys of Summer," Bryan Adams' "Summer of '69"... you get the idea. 
... every single day of forever.
