As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Health & Fitness Wednesday

Hoping for a loss at my weigh in tomorrow morning for Weight Watchers. I know its not going to be too good because i had a bad weekend of eating and havent been sticking to it well this week. WAY too much stress from work :( ugh.

I'm working on the situp challenge now too, i got 24 done on my initial test which is more than i thought i'd be able to squeak out. We'll see if i can get up to 200 with the program or not.

I was thinking that once we're done with the situp challenge, we can all start one of the others on that website too to keep us all motivated :)

  • I have no idea what my weight is. But I decided to stop with the soda (for real this time). Work out more. So I'm doing the sit up challenge. Yesterday I went for a bike ride with my son in a seat. 6.4 miles!

  • I've been doing pretty well this week, making recipes from Gina's SkinnyTaste blog.  I've never made a bad recipe from her yet. 

    I also did the sit-up challenge, and am using my exerciseTV channel onDemand to do some cardio, since I'm not a big runner.  Second day of the sit-up challenge is today!  Woooo!

  • I am doing well this week!  It is only Wed, but have eaten well and worked out two out of three days. I have got to get motivated and lose some weight!!
  • We rode bikes every day on vacation... and I really wish my bike was here instead of in my mom's garage!!  My brother keeps saying he's going to bring it (he bought it for me),  but he hasn't been able to yet (and we don't have a bike rack yet).   And there was a groupon this week for a gym right by work...  so next week for sure!!
