Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Thankful Thursday
I am thankful that I didn't have work today (power was out), esp. b/c I woke up thinking that it was a day to stay in bed (bad storm, cold, etc).
I am thankful that even though we had some water in the basement, it seems to be from a leak in the roof near the chimney, and not actual "water in the basement".
I'm thankful that I was able to do nothing today... even though I should have been reading for work... I read for fun and shopped instead

I'm thankful DH and I were able to go away for the weekend. We went to STL and went to a ball game, and did a lot of the touristy stuff we hadn't done since we were kids. We both needed a break/time away.
I'm thankful for the super nice guy at Best Buy. I bought a new printer a few months ago (it was kinda pricey too) and it started being dumb a few days ago. I finally had time to mess with it today. I finally gave up and took it into the store, because it was still under warranty. Instead of fixing it, they gave me a brand new printer.It was pretty sweet.
I'm thankful it cooled off her finally - it was getting so uncomfortable!
I know it's friday, but I worked 16 hours yesterday.
So needless to say I'm thankful I have the day off!
I'm thankful my sister is coming out this weekend to help me while DH is away.
I'm thankful for all of you guys getting me motivated to workout more!
I am thankful for this too!
