This is disturbing ...
Just saw this article in the news about guys purposely hitting a car in Nanuet and then robbing the driver at gunpoint when she stopped after the accident. I'm guessing the SUV they used to hit her car wasn't theirs, either.
I'm thinking if I get hit again, I'll try to remember to call 911 and report the accident and plate number of the other car before unrolling my window or turning off my car.
