  • oh good, so glad to hear bella is doing much better!

pearl is same ol' pearl....the pit bull that thinks she's a lap dog and wants to snuggle 24/7 - the goof ball!!!

    snuggle time!!!

  • Glad Bella is better! I was thinking about her yesterday.

Cattens are doing much better than when we moved. Herc pretty much settled in right away. He's mad that I'm not home all day to play with him. The last 2 days he's woken me up biting my feet, which is something I taught him not to do. I'll have to play with him more before bed. He likes to sprawl out against Matt's back but won't cuddle with him yet.

Sunny isn't doing as well. She was terrified of Matt when we moved. Its gotten better, but she still won't approach him like she does me. Although H says Sunny actually sits on his chest when I'm not around. But she prefers me when I'm here. She also hasn't found her "spot". She's started her sad sounding meow, which she hasn't done since I first got her. Hopefully she settles down soon.

  • Raven is goofy and as demanding as ever. I just walked in the door from leaving at 6am (H has been home this afternoon) and she acted like it was a week since she has seen me last then promptly demanded her nightly rawhide. I also opened a letter that said her pet insurance has been canceled b/c such and such company is not offering pet insurance anymore. I have to look into it b/c I really liked her pet insurance company.

Puddin is making me really mad. She has been clawing the crap out of my new area rug in the living room!! I dont know what to do about that.

  • I'm glad to hear that Bella is better MD!

I know I've said it before, but Bretta is amazing with Ronan. She's adapted well to having less attention but I do feel bad that I can't play with her as much as I used to. Hopefully we can work some more time in soon. Here's what it looks like when we try to get a picture of them together:

  • madame~ too cute....that's love right there!!!
  • madame, that is precious!

phoebe is all hyped up because she hasn't been getting the exercise she needs because it's so freakin' hot out and i'm lazy and dh has been working a ton. i feel bad, but we're going OOT this weekend and she'll probably get more attention and running around time staying with my parents and little sister. ;) that will be good for her.

    Baby Birthday Ticker Ticker
  • Hope the cats adjust soon, Klassy!!

My cats are doing good. Cammie (the tan fluffy one) is really playful lately and wants me to play with her with toys every morning. I think it's cute so I do it.

Jackson (the striped one) is still very rotten. He chewed up a sticker H got for his mom's car (she wanted an air force one) and he put some teeth marks in the father's day cards we had on the counter. He's always in trouble.

  • We have 2 labs, a 21/2 year old yellow and a 9-month old black....they are my sweet baby girls, I swear, they're my kids.  I get to the point over the weekend on Sunday night where I want to snuggle extra hard because I have to go back to work and I'll miss them.  Oy vey.

Zoe (little one) went swimming for the first time last week and it was so adorable, watching her flop around.  They're very smart though, just jump right in.  We're doing a dog walk on Sunday and maybe some more time in the ocean!

    Pregnancy Ticker
  • Klassy-I hope they get all settled in soon.  Sounds like they're making progress.

    MD-Glad Bella is doing better!

    Madame-That picture is soooo cute!!!

My baby girl, Winky, is sick.  She is in the beginning stages of kidney failure/disease.  She isn't eating much of anything and it's pretty sh*tty.  I'm trying to get her on a diet with special food for cats with this issue but she won't eat it.  Not sure what to do next.  If she eats regular food, she will get worse/feel bad.  But she won't eat the kidney food, so she can't get better.  ugh.  I've been crying wayyy too much.

  • He is good, but has been pretty needy since I have been pregnant.  I think he knows I am pregnant and wants reassurance that he is still my baby.
  • Did I tell the story about her getting stuck in the attic? Sorry if repeating.

We had a contractor over to finish up the bathroom remodel my dad started 7 months ago. We told him to keep the door shut bc Baby had been getting into the attic through the open space (no dry wall or anything in the shower area). Well, of course she goes missing while he is here. We tear the house apart. We are panicking that she has gotten outside while he was going in and out wtih tools and what not. We finally figure out he must have left the door open and she snuck into the attic via the open space in the bathroom. DH climbs in the attic and it is like 100 degrees up there. He is crawling around searching for her everywhere. He finally finds her but she won't come to him. We are banging on the ceiling in the garage trying to get her to move from her little hiding nook in the attic. I am shaking treat bags at the bathroom wall opening to the attic. It was a total mess! Thank goodness she finally came out into the bathroom to get a treat from me. Poor DH. He was dripping with sweat.

  • Madame - so cute!

MrsU - I always laugh at your pup when you post pics of her.  So funny for such a big ole dog.

Our cats live outside now.  They have adjusted very well.  We spend time with them every day - Gabby loves them still.

Oh man!! That stinks glad she finally came out. When we were doing our bathroom remodel Pudding climbed into our kitchen ceiling via the access panel on the front of our bathtub. B was in the kitchen when this happened and could see the drop tiles moving. I think B just about pee'd his pants b/c he thought there was a rat or something in our ceiling.

  • Lucy is doing well.  Nothing too exciting, we're just looking forward to getting through the month and then testing out her *new* Pet-Passport on vacation in July!  Woo Hoo!
