inexpensive alterations for flower girl dress?
So I will preface this by saying I should have known better but anyway.. DH's brother is getting married in August. We ordered Ava and Aubrey's flower girl dresses back in March so that DH's mom could take them back to California with her when she was here in March. I ordered Aubrey's in a 12-18 month size (she will be almost 19 months at the wedding). She is sort of drowning in her dress 
I thought "oh she will grow plenty between March and August.. yeah not so much.. she has gained like 1 lb since then. Well now it is too late to return her dress so I am stuck with it. I have tried listing in on Craigslist with no hits.
Anyway, anywhere/anyone who could take in a dress through the waist and shoulders for a reasonable cost? The dress wasn't that expensive so it wouldn't be worth it to spend a ton on alterations..

I used Becky Jennings for my wedding dress alterations and she's great! She's also very reasonably priced since she just does it out of her home in Ankeny.
