Mine is dumb.
We are going to Cocoa on Sunday w/ some of my family. I really don't want to go to Cocoa. I don't even like it on the east coast (besides sebastian inlet) - but somehow since it's my sisters birthday my clearwater trip got turned into cocoa.
we were originally going to take my cousin to clearwater. she is here from ohio w/ her son and he has never been to florida, much less the beach...
ugh. driving 3hrs to go to a beach i don't even like is not appealing. but i can't bail . #1 it's my sisters bday #2 this whole take cousin to the beach thing was my idea #3 that would be mean to bail just bc im not getting my way.
I like Clearwater better also. You should do the driving and then whoops, walla, we ended up in Clearwater! Might as well go with it:)
A friend of mine is pg and has 2 boys with speech disorders (one is going to kindergarten next year.) She keeps making a big deal about hoping #3 is a girl. I am hoping it is another boy, and she realizes that she needs to focus on the kids she has and work with them on their speech disorder rather than ignore it and hope the school and day care will do all the work.
This same friend offered to throw me a baby shower, she came up with a really cute idea for invitations to DIY. She then invited me over for a craft day and spent all day using my paper and materials for my baby shower invitations, including envelopes and postage that I keep with my craft supplies. ( I feel like I have contributed everything towards my shower... and I give a side eye to that.) She then continues to brag she doesn't have to pay a dime towards this pregnancy b/c of how good her insurance is. I want to so badly ask her then why has all my money gone towards my own shower? ( it was never my intention to spend a dime on my shower)
