Meal to make for a friend who's hospitalized?
One of my friends is currently laid up in the hospital with a nasty infection, and I'd like to make a dinner for her family to help out. They have a 3-year-old who can be picky (so preferably nothing w crazy spices), and her MIL is up helping to watch him while her husband works. I'd like to avoid anything w chicken (since they think that's what made her sick in the first place), but other easy options are welcomed. I have to work tomorrow, so if it's something I can prep tonight (or tomorrow morning before going to work) and just put in the fridge, that'd be great. Thanks!

Yeah, I've contributed a few to Pam's site - I guess I was hoping for a specific recipe to be recommended.
