Any WHS girls taken the 3 hour GTT?
I went in on Wednesday for the 3 hour glucose test, and I haven't heard any results. Mercy didn't tell me anything as I was taking the test and said the doctor's office would call. It's been 2 days, and the office closed at 2 today. Is no news good news or does it really take this long to get the results?
Thanks

Re: Any WHS girls taken the 3 hour GTT?
Mercy should have told you the results but their policy is no news is good news. (which is kid of annoying)
I'll bet you're glad that's over with.
The nurse at Mercy told me she couldn't tell me anything. They just labeled my vials of blood and told me the doctor would call.
I really, really hope no news is good news! (But that doesn't mean I won't have to go through the whole thing again in my 2nd trimester...I would just be glad to save my fingers from being poked 4x a day from now until then!)
