We also used Bob Bowling back in Feb of 2010. We really liked him.

and he did a killer job on both the houses we had him inspect. his findings come in a binder with pricing for what it could cost to fix or update and recomendations for where to go or how to do yourself. he's thorough and saved us from buying what turned out to be a total dump... love this guy.
