Going to be on National TV
I need to figure out what to wear and I only have tomorrow to get something or use something that I have. I was looking for something more urban chic, but still needs to be "mom friendly". Suggestions?
Also what should Brooks wear? I was thinking seersucker and a white polo, but I'm afraid that the colors aren't saturated enough to show up on camera.
Any and all thoughts and opinions are welcome.

what is the story? if it is about an urban chic mother, well, then yes, you need such an outfit. and on what channel?
But I guess I would say whatever you feel most comfortable in that looks pretty. Right now, for me, it would be a pair of blue pants and a light tissue sort of top.
It's about milk donors and their recipients. So no, not about urban chic moms, but I don't want to look like a hippy or frumpy, the latter being my big fear.
I don't want to wear a dress since I will still have to wrangle Brooks.
Then my vote would be business casual. Some nice dress pants and a nice top. Good luck!
good luck! i'd google to get ideas as to what works for tv. some colors are too bright and patterns jump around on the set.
try anne taylor or anne taylor loft. lots of classy looks there.
i agree. if you aren't down for a dress or skirt/top combo i would suggest dress pants and solid colored top.
