Anyone found a place in Wheaton/Silver Spring that does the no chip manicure? I wanted to get one before I leave for Asia on Thursday. Thanks!

go to The Emerald Door! It's on Grubb by the Parkway Deli - the shellac is $50 but I love it. Make sure to use the oil they give you so it doesn't peel early.

Well, the one I ended up getting today was an OPI gel manicure, which lasts 4 weeks or so with no chips, but isn't great for your nails if you do it often. There are some other options, such as shellac, that last a little shorter. Here are the deets
