Morning!
So, I am waiting for test results from a pathologist. The Dr. is on vacation all week and I'll be out for a few days next week.
Does anyone know if the results will still pop up on My Chart or if it has to go through the Dr. first.
I'm freaking impatient.
Re: Allina MyChart question
I think the doctor gets them first, but not 100% on that.
You could always send a message and ask when you can expect results. Even if your doctor isn't there a nurse should reply and have an answer.

I agree with jennyk - I think the results show up since the lab is the one entering them. If it is a "serious" yes (rather than a routine pap or something), they may hold them until your doctor can review them, etc.
Like PP said, though, call Allina - a nurse should be able to tell you for sure.
DH's pathology results which concluded a cancer diagnosis were blocked from showing up on MyChart.
Even now that we have met with doctors and have a copy of the report, they still won't put it up.
