My neighbor's dog is driving me crazy.
They got him a few weeks ago and I'd say he's about 6 months old. Well the past week and a half he's decided that he wants to bark and howl at 2:30 every freaking morning. He does this for like an hour straight and keeps me up. I'm so tired. I really don't know how to handle it, we aren't that close with these neighbors.

Good idea Maryland! I didn't think about doing it that way. lol.... My bitter side wanted to google their phone humber so I could call to wake them up every time he starts. Very adult huh? My sleep deprived brain isn't very mature.

I would go with MD's approach initially. Are they leaving the dog outside at night or can you hear the dog howling form inside the house? If they are leaving him outside and aren't recpetive to your friendly chit chat check your local pet ordinances. I know in my area they have very strict standards for dogs being left outside and nuisance barking. Good luck!
Ditto. I wouldn't stand for this.
I also can't stand neighbor drama so I'd start with the nice approach too. Maybe they don't realize it's waking everyone else around up too.
If it continues for sure report it, but they need to start training it now while it's a puppy so it won't do that it's entire life.
