Thanks for all the hair advice from Friday! I ended up buying some hot rollers to use. I put some mousse through my hair before rolling, and then sprayed the heck out of it after, haha.
) I wore it down and curly (I couldn't really figure out how to tame it into a ponytail/bun/half-up do). The first pic is from the beginning of the night, and the second pic is later on. It looks kinda frizzy in the second, but I thought it actually held up fairly well throughout the night all things considered.
(edited to make pics a little smaller)

Re: F/U to hair advice (PIP)
You look lovely. Great dress!
Wow great dress!
Your hair looks great - I'm jealous! What hot rollers did you use? Do you have thick hair? I'd love to curl my hair but it's so thick I usually fail!
I got these from Target. I thought they worked decently, but would probably be even better on shorter hair (by the time I wrapped my hair around, it was pretty thick on the roller, and the top part of my hair didn't curl as well). I actually ran out of rollers and had to finish the last bit with a curling iron, as well as re-curl some strands. I would say my hair is "normal" thickness.....not thick, not thin.
And thank you for the compliments!
I've been eying those rollers so thanks for the review. I have a ton o' hair. My stylist has told me if I want to be successful with rollers that I'll have to have two sets. haha.
Yeah, I would absolutely agree with that (or curl half your head and then the other half after). It would have worked out even better if I could have used twice as many rollers with smaller sections of hair. But I don't know where I'm going to store one set of rollers, let alone two!
