I am totally going to be on Kate Spade's s**t list

Long story short. DH bought me a purse and wallet at the Kate Spade sample sale. Good prices but still not cheap. 10 days after I get the purse, I notice the leather on the handles is peeling off. I call KS, they say that because it's a sample sale they normally wouldn't do a refund bu were willing to A.) take back the purse and issue a refund because they don't have anymore of thay purse and I wouldn't have enought credit to get anything else or B) get 10% back. So, because I will probably never have enough money to buy another one and because I really do love my bag, I took the 10%. To be honest, I wasn't happy with either option and they wer enot very apologetic.

Two weeks later, it is still festering. I got back 10% ($15) and called a leather shop they recommended. The repair would be around $120!!! SO I sent an email. I guess I was more upset then I thought because it was a page long. I was very polite but compared them to Coach who will repair anything for free and stated that this was my first and most likely last KS purchase. Now I ams sitting here nervously waiting for a response.
