Back from D&C
I'm doing great. No real cramping or bleeding, just a little spotting. I think they gave me some pain meds when I was under, so I might be crampier later, but for now I'm good. I'm sleepy, so I will probably nap and catch up on my DVR. Mostly I feel good--glad that it is over with and we can start to move on. And I was great with my IV (I hate needles)...didn't get super nervous or anything, so I'm pretty proud of myself about that. I was starving when I came out of surgery (it isn't nice to make a teacher who is used to eating at 6:15 every morning wait until 11am to eat...), so I picked up a Subway breakfast sandwich on the way home and had that with strawberries and coffee and am feeling much more human now 
Tonight my BIL and his friend are staying with us for the week, so we will probably have burgers and beer tonight for dinner, which will be nice.
