Hi girls! Miss you guys!!!! I've been so busy at work lately, I haven't even had a chance to breathe!
So Nathan's turning 4 this week (crazy right?!) and his party is on Saturday. I haven't really had much time to plan it (boo!) but I've thrown a few things together. I need help though with dessert - I don't want to serve just his cake and ice cream. Anybody got any great desserts that will do well in the somewhat heat (close to 80s on Saturday!)?
Deviled eggs (DH's request)
Coleslaw
Taco salad
Baked chicken wings (garlicky soy sauce glazed)
My famous potato salad
Bakery pizza
Crockpot meatballs
Burgers & dogs
Anything else that I'm missing?
Re: Help with Nathan's birthday party menu
These Raspberry Streusel Bars are SO good and really easy too. I think they'd fare well in the heat.
The only thing I can think to add would be a fruit salad. I try to always make them for our parties, and it always goes! Maybe some veggies & dip too. Otherwise, yummy, everything sounds amazing!
How about this? And better yet, I could even make it so that's one less thing for you to do Saturday!
