Tuesday Accountability

How'd we do ladies?

I officially hit my 10% goal (and then some) this week!! Woohoo! I stayed on track with my points and lost 1.4 pounds. I'm so happy to finally hit this milestone. It feels like it took forever but it's been worth all the hard work.

My reward for hitting my 10% goal was a new pair of shoes. I ended up getting two (with DH's urging) since the ones I liked were both a good deal. One were more for fun (black and sparkly) and the others are more practical since I don't have any brown or nude pumps. I can't get the stupid pics to work. Yay shoes!

Re: Tuesday Accountability

  • Yay for hitting your 10%!

I totally forgot to weigh myself this morning. Whoops! I was crappy this past week with working out AND food, so it's probably for the best.

  • Had a great 4 mile run on Saturday (alternated 5 min jog/2min walk), but was wiped out for the rest of the day. Walked the other days on schedule, need to keep up with the strength training. Eating has been fine. I'm up 15 lbs. so far so I should be able to stay around 20 with 6 weeks to go. Trying to remain positive that running will come back to me, but I'm starting to feel down on myself.... I think it's just been a mental thing in general. I can't wait until I can eat salads and broccoli and all the other vegetables that make me sick again! I'm almost over carbs in general, now...

  • No loss, but no gain. My supply took a hit from the loss the week prior, so I didn't log any points. I could have made some better choices, but my supply is more important, at this time. Aiming for a 1 pound loss next week.
  • I lost one pound since last week, which pushed me past my 10% goal too! I also finally broke into the 160s, which was exciting. It's been years since I've been here...

(I haven't talked about actual numbers yet, but I guess this post makes it pretty easy to do the math, so I'll share: I started at 189 and today weighed in at 169.5. yes!)

  • I've lost another pound, so total loss is 21.6. I am half a pound away from the 150s. I'm so excited I could jump up and down. Oh wait, I did this morning! Hahaha. I've really been focusing a lot on my eating because school has taken up a lot of my free time, but I'm trying to work up to running in the dark and not freaking out about it.

  • I logged a 1 pound loss this week, which wouldn't be that big a deal but for the fact that I was bloated because of AF, so I'm excited! I also had a much easier period, and I'm totally basing that on my working out and eating better now.

I got a second "chat" in with a personal trainer. We're doing another one Friday that will be more specific to my needs. I have to go through body comp testing tomorrow, so not excited about that. But I already have an idea, since we have a body comp scale here at home. I'm just ready to get this show on the road!
