WDYE - Monday?

Breakfast - 1/2 sausage, cheddar and bell peppers omelet (leftover from Sunday's breakfast)

Snack - Athenos strawberry greek yogurt, banana

Lunch - 1/2 entree of: brown rice, ginger chicken and broccoli stiry fry

Snack - 1 cup red grapes; 2 pieces (amazing) boxing cheddar cheese

Dinner - small ceasar salad (mixed greens, few croutons, dressing), 4oz burger (with cheese, lettuce, onion, ketchip)

Dessert - half a small chocolate egg (it was from a bag of candy my parents go us in EU.  I ate half, like the size of a dime, bc I was surprised to find there were poprocks inside and then it freaked me out and  gave the rest to DH.

Exercise: 3.2 mi run; 1 mi walk with Oscar (he was so tired after he couldn't climb the 8 stairs up to our apt, poor guy is just not made to be walked, lol)

  • I apparently wasn't hungry yesterday because all I ate was dinner.

    Dinner: homemade pizza (chicken, red pepper, mushrooms, and philly cooking creme-Italian herbs and cheese as the sauce)

    Dessert: 5 oreos and a glass of milk. YUM!

  • Ha, yesterday was my birthday, so it got ugly.

    Breakfast - cup of Life cereal with 1% milk, and a large vanilla non-fat latte from Peets when I got to work.

    Lunch - melted prosciutto and mozzarella sandwich on a baguette with balsalmic vinagrette and fries.  With a Coke. (My husband came over and took me to lunch at one of our favorite lunch places.)

    Dinner - pizza fondue, with lots of chunks of French bread.  Half a bottle of Chianti, half a bottle of prosecco, and a little water to help stay sober.

    Dessert - a giant hunk of chocolate mousse cake.

    Seventh Anniversary 5000 Comments 500 Love Its Name Dropper

    Breakfast:  Coconut vanilla yogurt and 2 mini blueberry muffins

    Snack:  A slice of apple pie...mmmm

    Lunch:  A "Fit and Active" 5 cheese lasagna meal and a 100 calorie pack

    Dinner:  A chicken breast in a mexican style mirinade, and some spiral pasta mixed with peppers and a light cheese sauce.

    Snack:  2 cheesecake cupcakes...doh!  And a handful of cheese cubes.  Apparently it was a cheesey and sugary day for me, the two things I typically try to avoid...tisk tisk tisk.

  • Breakfast: Captain crunch, poored it in the bowl then realized we ran out of milk so I bagged it up and snacked on that at work

    Snack: 1 string cheese and a bag of apple slices

    Lunch: small turkey sandwich with mustard on wonderbread

    Snack: One of those yummy sween n salty nut bars

    Another snack: Pita chips

    Dinner: Grill marinated (lemon pepper) chicken breast with cheesy noodles and creamed corn

    Dessert: I baked some cornbread, had a slice and drizzled honey

    I mostly drank water all day but when I got home I made some iced tea and had that with dinner

    I was extremely lazy yesterday so I didn't get any excercise in :(

  • It was a bad day for me...hardly ate anything...

    Mid-morning "snack" - oatmeal cookie our neighbor made for us

    Afternoon "snack" - four cheese it crackers (yes, four...not even a handful) and maybe six M&M's

    Dinner - pasta with chicken

    Drinks - a TON of water...even more than usual!
