Anyone have a recipe they love? Or a brand they love? Anyone love kale chips? Hate kale chips?
My DH ironically hates vegetables but loves kale. He also loves potato chips a bit too much so I was thinking of trying to make some today.
This is the most simple recipe I found:

Re: Kale Chips
Here's a recipe a friend gave me and I have tasted these and really liked them...
KALE CHIPS1 bunch of kale1 Tablespoon olive oilSea Salt (I used 1/4 tsp and it was too much - still adjusting for my taste.)(I used a little red pepper for spice.) Preheat oven to 300. Remove stems and cut or tear leaves into large pieces. Toss with olive oil. Use your fingers to cover every leaf with oil. Sprinkle with sea salt and toss again to blend. Spread leaves in a single layer on cookie sheets. Bake for 20 minutes, or until crisp. Eat them out of hand or use as a garnish. Makes 2 servings.Variations: Substitute flavored popcorn toppings for the salt.OR toss with olive oil and 1 tablespoon vinegar before baking.Cal: 146Fat 8 gFiber 3 gProtein 6 g
