As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

ouch! vein surgery is not fun
I finally had my varicose vein lasered (EVLT-not sure what it means). Yeah it feels like I pulled every muscle in my calf and someone big punched me about 100 times. I am limping and had to call into work today because I really can't walk too well. I am hoping that this one treatment will take care of it. Not only was it ugly, but if I was on my feet for a while or after a long run, my legs felt very tired. Like they did when I waitressed and worked an open to close.
But on the bright side..I am home from work today and the kids have daycare! Oh what to do!!!
