need shelving advice for house
We moved into our new house 2 weeks ago and I cannot unpack a lot of our boxes full of pictures and knick-nacks because I have no place to put these things.... Anyone know of somewhere to get some shelving units for my living room. Bonus points if you add a link.
Re: need shelving advice for house
Linky to Target!
We have a number of different shelving units that came from Target. Love 'em, but you gotta assemble. It's not hard; in fact, I did it myself!
We didn't want to go to a furniture store and spend a couple hundred on shelving, so we opted for something cheaper, but just as sturdy at Target.
Do the creep.
We've got:

and

Not so sure the taller one is baby-savy, but the shorter one would be ok. I currently have them full of knick nacks and lots of framed photos on top. Same issue as the Target furniture where you have to put it together yourself. But I
them because if the daisy pattern on the bottom.
And even if those are not to your taste, Ikea has awesome stuff that's priced decently.
We have bracketless shelves in our living room for our pictures and other things.

Lowes also carries them but I couldn't find a link quickly.
We also have one of those "ladder" stands with 4 shelves that holds more pictures and small items, also from Lowes but can be found at Target (it was a hell of a lot cheaper at Lowes)
What Moshi says!
I got these floating shelves at Target and love 'em. They are dramatic in black against a paler wall.
