Dear Community,

In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Thank you.

I need to completely revamp my resume and I'm looking for suggestions for a template to use... something unique, eye catching but not overly busy. It needs to focus on experience/job roles whereas my last resume focuses more on skillset.
I'm also concerned that my resume will now be over 2 pages long...is that still a no-no or is it not a big deal?
Any suggestions or tips on how to create "the one that gets picked"?
As always, TIA!

Re: Resume help!
MS Word has plenty of resume templates. I wouldn't go for unique or eyecatching unless you're in an artistic/creative field. I prefer something clean and organized, with the most important information upfront.
As long as all of your experience, etc. is relevant, 2 pages is fine.
Best advice is to tailor your resume for the job you're looking for. Highlight the experience and skills you have that would fit the job description and show you're perfect for the job. Organize the resume so someone can find the most important points quickly and easily.
