Tomorrow I have to make, yet another, trip to your financial aid department with a note from my doctor to say I am PREGNANT! Are you f-ing kidding me. I found a glitch and because of it I have to do more work, because you are morons.

Backstory: When I did my FAFSA form online it asked for the # of people in my household on my 2010 taxes, I put 3. Then is asked how many people in your house for the 2011-2012 school year. I put 4 (Charlotte is due the first day of classes). Well they flagged my account, because they didn't understand (basically not thinking someone might have a kid from tax time to the start of the school year). and didn't tell me. I found out by going down there after having trouble applying for loans, then they told about the red flag. TO FIX: I need my tax return, W-2s and A LETTER FROM DR SAYING I AM PREGNANT. I said do you want to see my bare belly,because you got to be kidding me. So tomorrow with Jack, before we get DH and make our trip to NJ to stay over, I am on to prove I am pregnant. This school never stops amazing me, I guess you get what you pay for.

This made me laugh! Sorry they suck and are making extra work for you... could your Dr. fax a note to them and you fax the other things to save the trip? Or will they just screw that up too?
They will probably F that up too. I swear they are nothing but asshats.
I already fought with the advisor over student teaching AGAIN, and won. She tried telling me I needed to, even though I hold NYS certification/license already. That works in my benefit too because I can get an extra certification now (still without student teaching) included in the cost because I have to make up those 6 credits of student teaching, so I am doing a downward extension now.
Then there was the argument of taking more than 6 credits a semester, I won that too finally and am taking at least 9 but currently registered for 12 this fall. We'll see if I stick with the 12 though because I start classes 2 weeks after giving birth. (I am missing the first 1-2 classes)

word... it is a joke. I went there for some grad classes for 2 semesters while I was looking for a job and when I finally found one I lost interest in school and for 3/4's of one semester I barely ever went or did the work and still came away with A's and B's in the classes. Wahoo for me!
