I have been going to Galilee lately, but wondering what beach most go to.

We should do a big gtg at the beach this summer!

We love the South Kingstown Town Beach on Matunuck Beach Road. It's very private and quiet, has a great grass area at the top with picnic tables and a volleyball net, and there's a snack stand, showers, bathrooms, and a playground area. You have to pay by the carload, so we usually all jam together and one of our friends is a resident, so it's even cheaper. There's also an ice cream stand down the road and a little convenience store/deli.

My friend goes to Misquamicut. Another friend is the lifeguard supervisor at Westerly Town Beach.

After lifeguarding for years, I don't go to the beach! I just cannot relax when I'm there. Shannon still hasn't been to the beach. Maybe when she and her brother are older, I'll venture out with them...

I heard this was a great beach. Small parking lot so you have to get there early from what I understand.

I usually go to Salty Brine State beach which is near Galilee.

I usually go to Roger Wheeler if I'm going for the day or a small unknown spot in Matunick called Jim's Dock if I'm just taking JJ for an hour or so.

Friend has boat at Jim's Dock, so we get to go there when we go fishing...love it there. So nice and quiet. As far as beach, my mom gets DD and I passes to a private beach- I would never pay the $ they want now for passes, plus it is just not the same anymore at this beach. But we just go there all the time, one, to get what we paid for and two, it is not a bad drive. I sometimes go to Sand /hilll zcove - no clue new name- with a friend and it is nice when you stay to the left side. not over crowded and small waves for kids.
