When your DH is @ trial does he talk w/ the prosecutors...besides about the trial.
they just went to recess and LBD (or whatever her initials are) was lookig awfully chummy w/ Baez. It was weird.

Yes he does. From my perspective, I think prosecutors and defense attorneys are friends outside of work. We've gone to lots of parties where "both sides" are present.
I kinda find it odd, but H describes the scene as a little fraternity. Lots of prosecutors and PDs are young so they hang out after work, happy hour, etc.
And a lot of defense attorneys are former prosectors or PDs so it is all connected.
