Okay my second guess was that it was incense 'accessories' , like the little plate you might get with the funnel deal you use to put over it or sometimes put it in.
My first thought as well.

Other thoughts, Prefold diaper, dish cloth hanging over a faucet, or the bottom of a tote bag. Honestly this one is tough!!!
