Flowerbox?

I want to try my hand at gardening.  I would like to put some flower boxes off of my deck but I have no idea where to start.  Do I have to buy everything seperately and put it together myself or can I purchase the boxes already put together? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have only seen preplanted flower troughs on a few occasions. Most people buy a trough or window box, then fill it with plants that appeal to them (depending on what kind of sun exposure, etc.) A sales associate at a full service garden center should be able to help you with this. Good luck and happy gardening.

  • Gary's Gardens in Severna Park sometimes has them.  This late in the season I would call ahead.

They will also make one up for you if you give them your windowbox.
