Our family room furniture is a leather set we purchased at Homemaker's 3 1/2 years ago. We purchased the extra warranty given that it is leather and we have a dog, would be having kids. The furniture has the 'nailhead' trim. Those little 'nails' are coming loose. I called Homemaker's and of course that type of repair isn't covered by the extended warranty - if the dog ripped it fine, but if it flat out falls apart, no, no. They have someone they can send out for 80 bux an hour. Anyone have any recommendations for someone that can fix it?
Re: Furniture repair
We've used "The Chair Doctor" before to repair (obviously) some chairs that were wiggly and he totally redid a hutch that fell out of a back of a truck for us. I never even knew someone like this had services, so it might be worth a try! (515) 664-3110
