Dog Question
Does Philadelphia allow people within the city limits to own pitbulls? I ask because I know there are a number of cities that are banning the "aggressive" breeds. I googled but didn't find anything relevant.

Pennsylvania does not have Breed Specific Legislation (BSL). Take one quick scan of the hundreds of dogs available at SPCA and/or ACCT, you will see that bully breeds make up the large majority of dogs available. Thankfully, some states are overturning their BSL b/c it is unconstitutional.
