Did we discuss that the newest confirmed tenant is Panera?
Today I read this from Tom Fidler the leasing agent:
I have a running list of potential retailers such as Anne Taylor
Loft, Soma, Black House/White Market, Romano's Macaroni Grill, Off
Broadway Shoes, Ralph Lauren, Casual Male, Sephora, PF Changs,
Carrabas, Cosi, Coal Fired Pizza Grill, several Asian Fusion
Restaurants, and a few dessert type tenants. Signifigantly, we will be
announcing the anchor tenant for Phase II later this summer; site
planning and review are underway now. Keep the ideas coming, and thanks.

It seems silly to put a Panera in there when there's one not that far down 924 in Festival.
I'd love it if Sephora, PF Chang's, Carraba's, Cosi, Coal Fired Pizza Grill and any/all Asian-fusion and dessert places ended up there, though. Couldn't care less about the clothing and shoes places.
We were saying this too--but hopefully the value of our houses can go up a little
I would love a Cosi but I'm thinking with Panera there Cosi will bail. I think they are a little too similar to be that close but what do I know?

I agree. It seems stupid to put a panera there, when there is one three miles or less up the street. Stoooopid. I am rather disappointed that there are not more non-chains going in there, and I hope that this is just because they are listing the known names and not the unknowns. KWIM?
I really hope the traffic changes they are making help, but I don't see how they will.
