Anyone made it? We are on this HUGE hummus kick at home. Even Sophia loves it. Maybe it is just cheaper to spend $4/week on grocery store hummus. I actually have no idea how much tahini costs.
We like our hummus creamier, less pasty. Our favorite is Sabra brand.
So, how does this recipe stack up?

I use all of these ingredients, I don't feel like you have to be so exact with how much, like I barely do any garlic but I do a lot of lemon
Also, I use white northern beans and I think that's creamier (some say a bit healthier), so try that and see how you like it!
