Black and White Cookies?
My SIL is coming into town this weekend & wants to know if she would be able to find "Black & White Cookies" at any bakery in Des Moines...
Ever seen 'em anywhere?
I may just use that recipe & make them myself...but since she asked about a bakery (and our schedule is pretty full), I thought I'd see if any of you had any leads.
I already checked with Nan's Nummies and Bake Shoppe, and neither of them have them.

Thanks for the ideas! I may still check the supermarket bakeries...or maybe I'll try to get the ingredients and see if she & MIL & I can make them while the guys golf on Sunday... She grew up on the east coast, where apparently these cookies are much more popular.
