As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

networking through linkdin
i have always found it to be kind of odd but recently i have made a lot of connections through my college. People I knew or had classes with or just went to the same school. Has anyone had great success with linkdin and making connections. I know a few people who have gotten positions out of linkdin but not many I am just interested to see if this is really a viable source for making great networking connections.
