Fit at 5K...maybe I'm crazy
Has anyone else considered doing the WCSH 6 Fit at 5K? They're promoting it as a race for newbie runners. While watching triathlon coverage last weekend I got the itch to start training to do another sprint triathlon next year. I really don't like running, but 5K seems reasonable and there are lots of "Couch to 5K" training programs to follow.
Anyone else interested in this or trying for another short race this fall?
