Microfiber Couch - Help

My microfiber couch has a ton of rings from where it was once wet. It also desperately needs to be cleaned, it's a light beige color. Any ideas on how to clean it?

Carpet cleaner with attachment. I actually just used ours a few days ago. The water looked gross, but at least I know that dirt isn't there anymore.

If it's a small area I'm cleaning on mine, I use a damp cloth with a little bit of cleaner. As I'm rubbing, I blow dry the area, this prevents water rings from forming. I haven't had it long, so I haven't had to clean the whole thing yet.

I use the shark portable steam mop on mine with the garmet cleaning attachment and it works really well on mine.

With two LOs are couch and chairs look disgusting. I use Borax and a rag and wipe it down, then re-wipe with a clean wet cloth. It doesn't always look as if it is working, I can still see the water rings. I let it sit overnight and it is amazing how clean it gets. The welt seams get almost black from dirt and it all disappears. I vaccuum them in the morning and they look great - until my kids get up.
