Car shopping
Long story short: my car burnt up and now I need a new one. I'm thinking about a 2012 Ford Focus. Any one have one or know someone who has them? Thoughts? I'll probably also test the Kia Forte and maaaaaybe a mini cooper (that's wishful thinking!).

Thanks guys! I went to the Ford dealership over on Security Blvd, and tested the Focus and the Fiesta. I liked driving the Focus, but I think for city driving and parallel parking, I liked the Fiesta the best. I was kind of surprised, as the Focus is the same size as my Saturn ION, but it felt sooo much bigger, I'm afraid at trying to parallel park it

We bought a 2011 last year and love it (we have the SEL), and I've heard even better things about the 2012 model. My uncle works for Ford as a performance test car driver and he liked the '11 and also says the '12 is better.

I went and drove the Kia Forte (I didn't really like it) and the Chevy Cruze (I felt about it the same way I felt about the Ford Focus - it felt too big). While at the Chevy dealership, we were getting ready to leave (and I was going to go buy the Fiesta) when we got to talking about the Chevy Aveo and how it was like a roller coaster or go-cart, when the manager said they had gotten in the Fiat 500's... well, I wanted to see them cause I had looked at them online and they were super cute, I ended up test driving one and fell in love with the car, and I did a second test drive and am buying one on Monday.
Who knew?!
