Sad for Superfresh
They are trying to sell all MD stores except the OC locations and it seems like they might be closing.
I worked there from the time I was 16 until I left for college and then I still came back to work summer and breaks all during college. I logged thousands of hours there and learned a lot in the process, moving from cashier to customer service, to front end manager to bookkeeper.
It makes me sad they'll be closing.

I agree. There is one a few blocks from my house that we always go to, and ever since there was the news that they were closing unless they got bought, the stock has been declining and the produce selection kind of sad. My neighbor has also worked there for YEARS, so I'm not sure what he will do now.
