Awesome!
They are both going to be really really bad for me!
DH will be devastated that the Bass Pro rumors are no longer true....
My DH is going to be pretty bummed too!
Oh wow. I have never been to a Homegoods.
My DH will also be disappointed that the Bass Pro Shop/Outdoor World won't be going there.

I don't know the details, but I do know that WalMart's MO is to move stores around, typically because they get tax benefits/breaks for a certain number of years, then when those benefits dry up, they move to get new ones.
Hmm...I'll have to ask DH if his friend is right. DH told me this last month, so it could have changed. Traffic is horrible at that shopping center and living right down the street I am all for traffic getting out of my area
Unfortunately I agree with all of this. It's going to be completely, totally awful, and then the holidays are going to start.
Good points.....ESPECIALLY about the entrance roads. I guess my HATRED for Walmart is excited if it gets as far away from me as possible.
A friend of mine lives toward that end of Bel Air and is on a crusade to keep that move from happening. It sounds like such a flucking nightmare to me, exacerbated by extreme hatred for WalMart and wishing the entire franchise would die.
