In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Nestie Vibes Needed
DH applied for a new job the other week, it is paying a bit less than what he is earning at the moment, but it would give him tonnes of new experiance that would mean he could get bigger and better jobs in mines all over the world.
He has had the phone interview at the end of the last week, and they emailed him a huge personality test to fill out this morning.
They interviewed 5 people, I don't know if they would personality test all of those, but even if they are then he has a 25% chance of getting the job. So maybe you could send him some of your awesome vibes to boost his chances?
This would be a Big step forward for him. Although it would mean a move to the middle of nowhere for us, but I can cope with that.

He emailed me while he was doing and and said he thought I would fail it...perhaps he thinks I don't have a personality!! Funny boy.
