DH made the announcement once everyone arrived. There was a kind of shocked silence for a few seconds and then everyone was crying and hugging each other (even the dads and my brother - I expected it from the moms!).
My mom kept saying over and over, "You really are, really?!?" which was adorable. Then she started talking to my stomach (which made me laugh).
All in all, it was a fantastic day! I'm glad we decided to tell them, and not keep it a secret until August.
