I know people have discussed this before, but we just made reservations there for our anniversary. We tried for Minibar and didn't get through, though we are on the wait list (but I don't have high expectations for that). So, our second choice was the tasting room at Restaurant Eve. Their sample menu reminded me a lot of Inn at Little Washington, so that has me excited. Thoughts/suggestions/experiences are welcome! Do they have a beverage pairing to go with each course available as well? Thanks for any info ladies!

Re: Restaurant Eve?
Yum yum yum! I LOVE Restaurant Eve. Do one of the chef's menus where everything is a surprise - it's so fun!
Eve was a wonderful experience, top to bottom. The food is understated -- they aren't trying to do anything clever; rather, they highlight the local and seasonal ingredients, and they do it well. We did the tasting menu, but no wine pairing since it was a Wednesday. Started off with their gin & tonic, which was the best cocktail I've ever had.
You'll love Eve. It's a different approach than Minibar or Komi, but it's fantastic, nonetheless.
We really enjoyed it when we went! We splurged and did the 9 course chefs menu with wine pairings...totally worth it though.
