We went to 2 baseball games this weekend. We bought the tix online and had them set up for will call. Saturday evening we got to the game, Chase went to the will call computer and got our tix. It printed 2 tix and a receipt and said "printed 3 of 3" so we took our tix and went and watched the game. Today we got there, tried to do the same and it did not work. We went to the window and he was told that the computer printed both sets of tickets last night.
We had picked out tickets in center field that we knew would be covered incase it was hot/raining. When he talked to them they told us they could not reprint tickets and they ended up giving us different seats in Right Field just behind the foul pole, which are not covered. Thankfully it was not hot/sunny, but it did rain a bit at the very end. Because it took so long to figure everything out we ended up missing the top of the 1st even though we got there well before the game started. Chase also didn't get the promo giveaway, which was a little helmet desk caddy and he was a bit too excited for it, apparently he needs something for his desk at work.
I do know that we are at fault for not paying more attention to the computer and making sure that it was done... but I would think if it was going to print tix for both games it should say "3 of 6" not "3 of 3" I really saw no indication that there was going to be an additional set of tickets printed.

He ended up complaining on their site. I am glad we got to go to the game and stuff worked out for the most part... it just sucked a little to not be able to see pitching because the pole was in the way. We couldnt really see deep center field either.
