Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I hate when people call me
And assume I know who they are without telling me their name. Who calls a business and does this? Like just starts talking and is halfway through their requests before I can get a word in to be like "uhmm, who is this?"
Do people think that I only deal with like 5 customers and can recognize their voice?

I deal with this all of the time too. So annoying. What gets me is the calls that start with "Hi Anita, this is Bill from Phoenix.."
Oh yes, Bill from Phoenix. The one and only Bill from Phoenix. I know exactly who you are....

I deal with that too...
I find it more annoying when I introduce myself and whomever I'm talking to picks a nickname and then proceeds to call me that for the rest of our interaction. Seriously - if I wanted you to call me Beth, I would've introduced myself as Beth.
